Cast letters
shall be those manufactured by:
The Southwell Company, P.O. Box 299, San Antonio, Texas
78291-0299.
Letters shall
be mounted:
a. flush against
wall surface using masonry anchors or threaded studs.
b. projected
from the wall surface ______ inches using metal (collars/brackets)
and masonry anchors.
c. using a ____"
x ____" metal channel or bar base mounting. Letters shall
be machine screwed in place.

ALUMINUM
LETTERS
|
Aluminum letters shall be cast from
319 aluminum alloy with satin polished faces and
matte sides.

Aluminum letters shall be finished
in (satin finish with clear topcoat, clear anodized,
bronze duranodic.)

BRONZE
LETTERS
|
Bronze letters shall be cast from
85-5-5-5 standard U.S. Bronze alloy with satin finished
faces and matte sides. (Oxidized or high polished
finishes are at additional cost.)

Bronze letters shall be satin finished,
chemically cleaned and sprayed with two coats of
clear polyurethane.

BAKED
ENAMEL LETTERS
|
Baked enamel letters shall be cast
from aluminum alloy and surfaced smooth.
|
Baked enamel letters shall be primed
and spray coated with two coats of baking enamel,
each coat baked separately.
