The Southwell Co. offers precision Cut-Out Metal letters, Metal Faced letters, Cast Metal letters, Dimensional letters, and Custom Fabrication

Metal Faced letters look elegant, professional and are lightweight. A thin metal sheet is bonded to an acrylic substrate, giving the dimensional illusion. This is a great option for interior applications, where a high quality look is desired for a cost effective price. Choose from a clear or black acrylic core. 

Cut-Out letters provide you with the option of virtually any letter style we have in our computer programs or you can send us your own artwork. The process uses CNC (computer numerically controlled) technology to cut out letters and logos from metal plates. Once cut out, the letters are cleaned and painted in our finishing shop. All our letters come with a paper mounting template and concealed mounting studs.

Fabricated letters are a great option for large scale projects. They can be several inches deep allowing room for LED lighting. They can have a translucent acrylic face or have a back-lit halo effect. The side or “return” can be painted differently from the sign face giving a more custom look. 

Custom Fabricated letters and graphics allow for a more bold statement. This is a perfect choice when you want your message to stand out. Our highly trained and experienced craftsman can fabricate your design to exact specifications.
