This website is operated by Southwell Co. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Southwell Co. Our store is hosted on wordpress. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Shipping Policy

Each one of our custom products is made in house by order, and subject to its own timelines. 

Ready Made

Each ready made product has a 2-4 day production time. and will be shipped in 2-4 business days

Custom Products 

Each custom product is designed for you. So then take 2-3 weeks to produce and ship. We want to ensure the best quality. and for custom options and designs may extend that timeline. 

Thank you for understanding. 

Returns

Returns are only accepted if their was an error in the product. If you experience an error please contact us and we will handle each case.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

Additional non-returnable items: 
– Gift cards 
– Downloadable software products 
– Some health and personal care items 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any Return must be approved that an error was made in manufacturing. We do not accept returns other then errors for replacement. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at kayla@southwellco.com. 

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Marketing@ccstampworks.com and send your item to:

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Online Payments
The Southwell Company promises a 100% secure method of online payment with which you can rest assured your credit card details will not be compromised. All orders received are subject to acceptance by the Southwell Company and are governed by the Southwell Company Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale (A complete copy is available upon request). We only accept online orders from within the contiguous United States. Customers from outside this area, like Alaska and Hawaii, may place orders by calling our toll-free number.


Return Policy The Southwell Company will not accept any returns for any reason without prior authorization. Such authorization is by way of a Return Authorization (RA) number and such number must be clearly marked on both the product(s) being returned and the exterior of all packaging. Return authorization does not constitute that a credit will automatically be issued and returns for reasons other than defects are subject to a 20% recycling charge. All returns to The Southwell Company are to be shipped freight prepaid. No returns will be accepted after 60 days from date of invoice.


Delivery Information
Shipping
Unless instructed otherwise, orders will be shipped via the most economical method (usually R & L, Fed Ex). We will attempt to ship all in-house merchandise within 24 hours.
Loss/Damage/Shortages
The Southwell Company is not responsible for loss, damage or any delay in transit. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to immediately inspect all deliveries for loss or damage. In the event that there is evidence of loss or damage, a notation to this effect must be noted on the carrier’s waybill. The carrier should be notified by telephone and in writing. All claims should be made directly with the carrier, but we will be happy to assist. The Southwell Company must be advised within 24 hours of receipt of shipment of any claims for shortages or damage. Pricing Policy Do to the customized work that The Southwell Company performs. Each project will be quoted and priced is on an individual basis. Payment Payment can be made as follows: 1. Credit Card (American Express, MasterCard or Visa) – Payments can be made via the website, email, fax, or by phone with written cc authorization form. 2. Check – Payments made be made by submitting a check directly to the Southwell Company. 3. Open Account – Net 30 days to customers who have pre-established credit. (Note: No order will be shipped if a customer’s account is in arrears and a 2 percent service charge per month will be assessed on all overdue accounts.)


Customers without pre- established credit will be required to pay the terms of 50% deposit / 50% at completion of project, prior to shipping.


LIMITED WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
All statements, technical information and recommendations made by The Southwell Company and its employees, agents, affiliates, and subsidiaries are based on our research and are believed to be accurate, but do not constitute a guarantee or warranty. All Southwell Company products are sold with the understanding that the Purchaser has independently determined the suitability of such product for their particular purpose under their own operating conditions. (Note: All specifications are subject to change without notice). The Purchaser assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection with their use of any Southwell Companies product. No Southwell Company employee or representative has any authority to waive or change the foregoing provisions, and no statement or recommendation not contained herein shall have any force or effect unless made in writing and signed by an officer of The Southwell Company. The following is made in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied. The Southwell Company’s only obligation shall be to replace or credit such quantity of the product proven to be defective at its discretion. In no event shall The Southwell Company be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages whether foreseeable or not caused by defects in such product and whether or not such damage is caused by Southwell Company’s negligence.
